not sure how this is world rocking worthy -- it's just more static text based on quests you may or may not have run previously.  Doesn't actually change your character from what I read.  Sure, Ok.

The ability to duo though is a welcome change.  Reading the forums it seems on a fan site interview with 2 devs they said 40% of mini fellowships were being run by duo's, which helped make the decision for them.  So progress.

Also, seems to be a lot of attrition lately (since SoM) on Elindilmir from the raiding kins and unkinned types. At least from various signal/noise.  That happening on BW and elsewhere?

Patch notes (from Bullroarer) now up.

Everyone gets another ability "upgrade" at 64, skirmish rewards improved for larger groups and higher tiers.

Cosmetic Skirmish rewards are now BoE for exactly that reason!

That's not a top hat.  It's just a very tall cowboy hat.

They've pretty much been doing it for every festival and/or patch for quite a while.  There's just been more overlap in those time periods recently due to the release of Mirkwood.

Bloodworth, you spending all your time with other games? I'm stunned this wasn't posted already.

That and freelance work, yes. I am sorry I have failed in my duties! Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly? Been playing LOTRO for close to two years now, and I have a lifetime sub, so, it has nothing to do with the game itself.

I look forward to Duo Skirmishes! Now I can actually play them!

Farming updates? Do they make it less tedious and shit?

No. The changes seem to be designed to make Farming more required for Cooking -- food ingredients that used to be vendor-purchased are now farmer-grown.

Shire Apples and Golden Shire Taters, previously available as vendor-bought goods, are now produced exclusively by Farmers... New recipes for producing Green Peas have been added to the highest tier of the profession, and can be used by Cooks in a few exciting new dishes.
