More changes will come this Friday.

Gragas is available to play, Pantheon is not and will be ready on Friday.

Champions
Gragas, The Caskmaster
Body Slam : Gragas charges forward and collides with the first enemy unit he comes across, dealing damage to all enemies near the collision.
Drunken Rage : Gragas guzzles brew from his cask, restoring mana over a short period of time. After he finishes drinking, he becomes drunkenly enraged, increasing physical damage dealt and decreasing all damage taken.
Barrel Roll : Gragas rolls his cask to a location, which can be activated again to explode after arriving or will explode on its own after 5 seconds, dealing damage to enemy units in the area.
Explosive Cask (ultimate) : Gragas throws his cask to a location which explodes on impact, dealing damage to enemy units in the area and knocking them back.
Happy Hour (Passive): Gragas takes a drink from his cask every time he uses an ability, restoring hit points over time.

Heimerdinger, The Revered Inventor
Hextech Micro-rockets range decreased to 1000 to 1200

Zilean
Reduced the movement speed modifier on Time Warp to 55%, from 65%.
Time Warp's haste effect is now a multiplicative movement speed modifier
Reduced Time Warp duration from 3/4/5/6/7 to 2.5/3.25/4/4.75/5.5.
Increased range of Time Bomb and Time Warp spells from 600 to 650.

Katarina
Death Lotus
Modified Death Lotus to deal 50/65/80 base damage from 30/45/60.
Changed the scaling from 55% of total attack damage to 50% of damage from items. Resulting in a slight nerf with BF sword builds.
Reduced the AP scaling from 40% to 30%. Resulting in a slight increase with standard AP builds.

Udyr
Udyr Turtle Stance: Reduced the mana restore to 6/7/8/9/10% from 12/14/16/18/20%.
Udyr Phoenix Activation:
Reduced the AP gain to 16/24/32/40/48 from 24/36/48/60/72.
Reduced the damage gain to 8/12/16/20/24 from 12/18/24/30/36.
Udyr Monkey's Agility:
Reduced the attack speed gain to 10% from 15%.
Adjusted the attack speed gain to be additive instead of multiplicative (reducing the damage when combined with attack speed items).
Lowered Udyr's HP per level to 86 from 99.
Lowered Udyr's base movement speed to 315 from 320.

Poppy
Devastating Blow: Reduced the bonus damage to 20/40/60/80/100 from 20/60/100/140/180.
Heroic Charge: Made slightly more precise.
Diplomatic Immunity: Reduced the damage percent increase on her target to 10/20/30% from 20/30/40%.
Valiant Fighter: Reduced the damage reduction on damage over 10% of her current health to 30% from 50%.

Summoner Spells
Increased Flash cooldown from 180 to 210.
Ignite can now be Cleansed.
Rally now gives 10-35 Attack Damage, instead of 30% increased base physical damage.

General
Fixed several in game crashes.

Healing Reduction
Healing Reduction no longer stacks with other healing reduction effects.

Masteries
Cripple's armor and magic penetration lowered to 10 from 25.
Improved Rally now gives 20-70 Ability Power, depending on level, instead of a 20% increase to base magic damage dealt.

So, new hero.

But really:
Corki range nerf (nice).
Ignite can now be Cleansed. (om nom nom nom)
Poppy got touched on a little, which is nice.
Udyr got ultranerfed (don't care much, but many do)
Katarina got an interesting nerf that seems OK but will probably net in no change in practice.

I want to know who pantheon is.

Oh yippee, another champion for them to mess around with balancing for weeks instead of getting draft pick up, or leagues running, or better stat tracking, or the 3v3 map in normal play or a slew of other stuff that would actually make the game better.  BUT OH LOOK, ANOTHER CHAMPION AND PROBABLY MORE SKINS SOON TOO YAY!

I'm finding myself losing more and more interest in this game and playing it less and less.  I know I'm certainly not planing on giving any more money to Riot beyond the collectors pack I pre-ordered.

Also, Rally nerf.  Heartbreak

It's not like the champion coders/designers are working on draft more and leagues? I think Riot needs to get some of the bigger pieces out the door, but implying a new champion is delaying big features in the game is crazy talk.

I don't doubt that it's completely different people working on new champions vs new features, guess I was just spurging a bit too much.  But we keep getting new champions and new skins and no solid news or updates on the features people are actually asking for other then the occasional "Oh, that's TOP priority!".  Just really gives you a feeling that the gameplay modes and leagues and such are a long ways off still and the game is getting stale because of it imo.

90% of the bullshit would be alleviated with twisted treeline added to the match options.

I don't get why twister treeline is taking so long to see the light of day. It's a really fun map. All I can imagine is hey are working on some sort of larger framework to support multiple maps. Seems like there should be some short term solution in the mean time though.
