Have you used a timecard? There seems to be some kind of lockout at the moment on accounts that have extended their subs with timecards even if the sub period hadn't expired yet.

Shout at CCP using this form and see if they can shed some light on it for you.

I didn't use a timecard. I filed a petition but I couldn't log into my account to link it since, well, it's apparently banned.

Just wondering if this is common. I mean, this is my first ban ever! I feel kind of special now.

I'm tempted to just make a new account, since all I was going to do was roll up an Empire alt anyway...
