Pretty much. I had to call Accounts & Billing to get it taken off. Quick enough to do once I got hold of someone, but I did have to wait an hour and a half to get through. And of course, they stripped all my characters, so now I get to wait a week for them to be restored. On the upside, I did get the core hound pup out of the deal.
Once everything is all sorted, though, I will be getting my own authenticator, because this is a massive pain in the ass to go through, even if Blizzard is pretty awesome about restoring hacked accts.
