Located here.

I understand that it only for use on the XNA network of game as far as commercial uses.

My interest in it as a file converter, however I would be converting files for a commercial game.. And I have a felling that the act of passing data Through this program would make it subject to the restrictions.

So, my question is, as i cant read the EULA unless I download and install the dam thing, has anyone read the EULA and does it have any stipulations for data not developed using the tool, but passed Through for export? Its this, or I spend about 750$ on a conversion tool. Don't get me started about engines that use proprietary formats to a 3d application.  Mob
