Quick one here - is LotRO split between US and Euro servers like WAR, WoW and some other games are, or can you buy a box from anywhere and play it on any server?

I have 2 boxes here from US/CA, but can get others decently cheap from the UK for my friends. Would we be able to play together?

thanks!

No, it's localized. It's runlimping along by CodeMasters in Europe, so they have their own client and keys. Corollary, you need a US key to play on the US servers.

If you plan on buying the game in the US, I'm betting the digital purchase available from the account store is the cheapest.

- I'm giving you this one for free.
- Nothing's free in the waterworld.
