I will only buy this overrated game if it furthers the possibility of NWN and Baldur's Gate getting put on Steam, which is terribly unlikely, meatbag.

NWN was so much more than the OC,but both are worth playing through once. I don't think someone who bought a lifetime subscription to HGL can act elitist about value.

Wait, you didn't like KoToR, but enjoyed NWN? I felt so let down by NWN.... I did not say that. I just want Bioware games in general to show up on Steam and I'm not buying KOTOR unless it increases the odds of it. I don't even really want to buy Baldur's Gate again. Because right now, we have Mass Effect, Jade Empire, and KOTOR on Steam. I'd really like the rest of their catalog to show up as it would be a move towards EA doing less with their crap download service and more with Steam. For the record, I hated NWN which is why I've waffled about and still not bought NWN2. |

I'd imagine that decent-to-good steam sales of KotOR would pretty clearly lead to KotOR2 being steamed, and so forth, as long as ME, etc have also been selling well.

The whole Dark Forces series has just been put up on Steam also. You can get all of them for $19.99. Separately, Dark Forces and Jedi Knight are $4.99 each, the Mysteries of the Sith expansion is $2.99, and Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy are $9.99 each.
I can only hope that they put the X-Wing and TIE Fighter games up next.

Having never played any of those, I very well may snap them up. I think I will get them for my nephew for Christmas too...he is 7 and completely head over heels for all things Star Wars. Much like his uncle at the same age!

Sweet. I never got Academy but the boxes disappeared by the time I got a rig capable of running it. Having never played any of those, I very well may snap them up.
Really? None? Wow. DF doesn't hold up to the test of time well, but it was great for when it released. Outcast was a fun game and I should replay it to see if it's better now that my rig doesn't choke on it. Bonus to me that I'll have the "sabers are fucking overpowered" version since it'll be a disk install.  |
