Holy fucking shit. A local theater just had a showing of this, and it was fucking amazing. Easily in my top 10, I don't think I stopped laughing for more than a minute the entire hour and a half. It's an awful, awful movie, but they play it just right and it turns out fucking epic. Buy this on DVD, add it to your netflix queue, or download it - but for fucks sake, watch this goddamn movie.
Definitely concur. It's a masterful work of blaxploitation, making other attempts in the past couple decades look like shit in comparison. I'm looking at you here, Undercover Brother.
I agree it's wonderful. I think the beginning was a little slow though, enough choice moments to keep you going but it just took a bit to really pick up. The ending however....oh my god.
