Are you missing the Giant block of Russians and allies sharing a long border with Goonswarm, both of whom hate each other? Kenny hasn't actually had any importance or any effect on the world of Eve for months and months now. Nothing at all changes, even if they really do just disband in a puff of smoke.
In short, everybody will continue to fight who they are currently fighting. Nothing changes.

True Russians continue to skirmish with ASSCAKES in the bottom right. Something is probably going on in the drone regions, but heaven only knows what. I guess AAA might get expansionary again if they gain corps from Kenny. And it seems utterly ridiculous that Atlas retains space. But it is hard to see the map changing much for a while. In the meantime, the end of space history is already starting to hit prices and profit margins in 0.0.  |

Unfortunately a drunken poster crying that LoveU is being productive and wanting to be put in charge for no good reason won't result in much of a Civil War. Hopefully something else turns up somewhere to keep us entertained until we get invaded again. |

Yeah if we're to feed the need for drama it'll take massive thefts, offlined towers, stolen titan funds or director genitalia. A drunkposter turning up years after he last did anything, complaining that LoveU is effective, turn up to fleets and don't steal from each other like they used to, then calling out the directorate over it is really not going to cut it.
