Canadian geese are pretty brazen and fearless. Its really easy to get them to eat out of your hand if you have some corn or other seeds. We get a lot of them around here and most of the time you can walk really close to them and they just ignore you or saunter off they are not very skiddish at all.

They'll also attack you on the golf course, which I've had happen a couple times.

In terms of geese, no thanks. The meat is oily and rather gamy.

I've only ever had it treated in a similar way to duck - with a rich, fruity sauce/gravy, like plum or redcurrant or something, which offsets both of those aspects of it.

And here's a baby sloth.

If they're nesting or have little ones, yea, they'll attack you. They'll attack your moving car, they won't give a fuck.

That looks like a leopard.  (Maybe a lion cub.)  Definitely not a cheetah though.

Just examples of why dogs are so much superior to cats. Show me a cat that misses you and loves you that much.
I'm going to just disagree with you, literally all the cats I've had have been just as happy to see me when I come back, the only difference is my cats don't bounce and yip, they just demand excessive amounts of cuddling for a week or two.

Personally, I prefer the cat method.

Pretty much the same here.  Which means, thanks to all the travel for work I've been having to do, I've spent the past few months seeing it a lot.

Quote
In a truly memorable photo, a bear can be seen falling from a tree after being tranquilized by police in Colorado.

The young bear, estimated to weigh between 150 and 200 pounds, had wandered onto the University of Colorado at Boulder campus and climbed into a tree, according to the CU Independent, which captured the stunning image.

"[The bear] was tranquilized by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Department and it fell onto some mats that the Rec Center provided," CU Police Department spokesman Ryan Huff told the paper. "It is now in a cage and it will be relocated at a higher elevation."

Before it was tranquilized, the bear spent about two hours in a tree near the campus dorms. It reportedly landed safely.

Due to popular demand, I really wanted to share this, because I can't tell the difference between F13 and facebook, here is an updated picture of my baby Schildkröte enjoying the day:

Edit: Not the best shot unfortunately,  Mr. Schildi doesn't like to be photographed, so I had to be fast.

That's not a duck, it's a goose.

I knew that.

Avoid feeding it too much bread.
