It didn't, this is just a spinoff series it seems. I think he's commenting on the fact that there have only been 4 Monkey Island games previous to this one. |

Yeh I'm agreeing with him while also pointing out this looks like a spinoff series, so not even sure if it is supposed to be V much less VI.
From the FAQ et all it sounds this is supposed to be a "proper" continuation, just done in episodic form. Not a very big fan of the 3d approach but hey, underneath it still seems to be Monkey Island. |
