Vista/W7:
If your boot disk is not C: and you (re)install LotRO, it seems to put things to "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Turbine\The Lord of the Rings Online" instead of what I would personally use: "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Turbine\The Lord of the Rings Online".  I know this because my %LOCALAPPDATA% is "F:\Users\gary\AppData\Local" but the custom files I was intending to use (and assumed would not be touched) after the reinstall were in "C:\Users\gary\AppData\...".  These are now gone.  Why does the client install even remove these files?  Who knows, but just be aware.

Why am I homeless?  Why do all you motherfuckers need homes is the real question.
