This was good.  Watched it on free on demand this weekend.  It made that pos kid from Transformers (LeBeouf) but even he doesn't totally suck.  Story of a kid growing up in Queens in the 80's, parts of the story felt like they were missing but its definitely worth checking out for free without even using a NetFlix queue spot.
