Back on the BBC and as awesome as ever  awesome, for real

I think I probably enjoy this show more than Top Gear even.

I hate the BBC for that show. I hate them because they keep the Awesome from us lowly non-islanders. Please BBC set the show free.

QI is easily my most favourite show on television.

New series is awesome. I'll also mention here since there doesn't seem to be any really suitable threads, that I love how the volume control in BBC iPlayer goes to 11.

Hah, I just went a checked that.

On a related note, my mother got me a pair of tickets to go see QI being filmed for my birthday year before last. You can get the tickets free from applausestore.com (or something similar) and they cover most BBC/ITV shows. The filming is basically a continuous 2:30 episode of the show, from which they cut out 80% of the jokes. Absolutely brilliant, although I recommend going in summer as you have to queue prior to getting into the studio and it's nicer when it's warm.

Just a heads up. Series G starts on Thursday November 26 on BBC One.

I'm seriously looking forward to the Germany episode.
