So now that Mal'Garis and Archimonde are in a coma and may not recover, where is everybody playing? The shuffling back and forth from East to West with the rest of the passengers is making me seasick.

I'm on a lot of servers as Irth (orc hunter) or Righ (varied).

I'm scattered about as well. Either as Doyle (Horde) or Gamin (Alliance)...among others. Highest characters are on Mal'Garis and Warsong, but I'll probably be moving to one of the low pop/Normal ruleset servers. Not sure which though.

With the death of Mar'Galis, I'm on Earthen Ring with Foxglove - Undead Warrior and Blacksmith. Woot.

Twee, Troll rogue, Earthen Ring.  It's a good sever, I agree.  It has the added advantage of having extremely quiet chat channels.  I am very tempted, however, to go alliance so that I can eventually kick the shit out of all the fucking Rasta Trolls running around, pretending to smoke herbs and saying 'mon' after every sentence.

Anyway, there I am for now.  Who knows what horrible fate awaits this server.  I can only be pessimistic.

Proudmoore with the rest of the Australian PvE people. Playing a female Orc warrior and lusting after one of the No-dachi I saw in a screen shot. Although a Katana would be nice as well. As impressed by the crafting as I thought I would be, this is the first MMORPG where almost everyone crafts. It plays way too fast for my comfort at low levels though. Group tactics are, of course, mostly optional.

Server was nice and flawless yesterday.  Still on Shadowsong.

Heh, I think I knew that  WoW had too many servers for us not to become extremely fragmented.  They should have done away with the idea of timezones when organzising the servers.

Everyone here who wants to be in the official Bat Country Guild should reroll on Earthen Ring. Just figured I'd let you know. Haemish and I endorse but do not fully recognize any chapters that may appear anywhere else.

Besides, no one roleplays on the roleplaying server anyway. There's just never any lag or overpopulation issues.

I'm glad to see someone else is playing on Sargeras.  I am there with some RL friends, but on the Alliance side.  Well, at least I'll see you on the battlefield ...

If anyone else ended up on Sargeras, post or PM me.

I wish the strat guide had an index as well. It's a hell of a guide otherwise though, Haem.

Speaking of strat guides, does anyone know of the location of a good discussion (messageboard or articles) of various classes/talents and their applicability to PvP and/or PvE?

I looked around in the usual places (Stratics, Warcry, official boards (shudder)) but I couldn't find much substantial.  A lot of peen waving and flaming but little actual content.

If you want to know what works in PvP and what doesn't, Nurfed will always have good advice, at least for the Horde side. They're a PK guild and all, but pretty cool guys, so you won't find much immaturity or bullshit there.

Sounds like I'm the only one that ended up on Illidan (Central PvP #2 at release), and one of the few playing Alliance (female NE Warrior).

My guild decided to avoid the hell-that-is-Archimonde and it seems like our decision was right.  Not that Illidan is perfect, but once you bypass the queue, gameplay is pretty darn smooth.

Hmm..

Moved our little clan to Spinebreaker (PvP Pacific) and now have a group of seven of us.  We are going to start up a guild ( The Unabridged ) and I am playing a troll warrior named Webster.

yeah, I know... tried to get them to go with Bat Country...

So far the server has been flawless.

Anyone wanna join up, just shoot me a tell!

Proudmoore: Bryce - Human Warrior.

I'm rollin' myself up the WoW ramp! I'm about the shittiest, least obsessive MMORPG player ever and I'm at level 16.

I rather enjoy the crafting, but I wish player could open their own stores ala' most other MMORPGS, or at least make the auction houses easier to get to. I usually end up banging out shitloads of equipment I don't need to raise my Blacksmithing skill, and then end up selling it to the NPC merchants since I have no earthly idea what to sell it all for.
