Okay, so I had to go a little bit crazy to achieve this.  It seems that for some reason the geniuses at MS made it impossible to stretch one desktop horizontally across two monitors.  The way Vista actually does it is by having 2 discrete desktops that act like they're one.  Long story short, I set up a seperate XP partition and am dual booting between that and Vista x64.  I set my video card to stretch horizontally rather than just having an extended desktop.

The next step was installing the full version of Carbonite, and using CT_Mod Viewport and some other mods I was able to drag the huge carbonite map over to the right screen along with my quest log and some other raid tools that pop up when I'm raiding.  The amount of information I'm able to keep up with is goddamned awesome.  Especially on a PvP server where it alerts you when an enemy player is nearby and marks them on your map.  Absolutely perfect.

Pretty much every toon I have but 2 are females.  In case you didn't notice, WoW is not an RPG.

Nice setup. I'd reccomend Pitbull unit frames and Grid as extra addons that would improve your UI, but the two screen thing is pretty cool.

Yours, thankfully, isn't a night elf though and is heart-meltingly adorable.

Did someone say heart-meltingly adorable?

In all seriousness though, it seems like that setup would be a bit excessive after hitting level cap, but I'm sure there's all sorts of useful data you could put on that other screen besides Carbonite.

But that Captain's salami tray was tight, yo. You plump for the roast pork loin, dogg?
