Hey guys. Just wanted to throw this out since release is just a few days away.

I am running a guild on PVP central. We have a few rules, but thats mostly to weed out the asshats. If any one wants to join a guild as PVP Horde, send me a PM and I will let you know what server we will be on.

Our server will NOT be the main PVP one. As it got so publicized every fucktard will be on that server. Which by the way is the "Lowest Server Alphabetically"  (Closest to "A"). So you guys can avoide that one.

Damn, I need a guild too, but I've kinda settled on rolling a Palidan. Then again, this (30 MB) is as good an argument as any not to choose Alliance.

I will probably play alliance, but I haven't decided yet.

I really enjoyed playing a Paladin during the stress test, but I fear that most alliance pvp players will be Paladins and I hate being like everyone else. Maybe I'll go for a Night Elf Priest or something.

I haven't played Horde much just because I wanted to leave that option open as "something new" when the game was finally released.

If anyone wants to do an Alliance guild (pvp or otherwise) I'd be interested, as long as it isn't a catass guild. :)

Could be.  I'm leaning towards undead rogue.  I'm also looking forward to waiting a week to buy the game, so I don't have to wait in line for all of the newbie quests with the zergrush on the first day.  So post up the server name when you get it  setup.

I suppose I could do a dwarf or a gnome (rarest, most likely), but I have a phobia of short people. Actually, fear of being projected into a short person's body. What's that called? Parthenophobia? Coulrophobia? Well, anyways..

Well, as guilds such as DiE and Kali Swarm/Compton showed during testing, there's going to be plenty of fucksticks on Alliance as well after release. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority end up on the Alliance side given the unbalanced content distribution at the moment.

I spent most(well, all) of my time in open beta on the Alliance.  As everything but a gnome.  Gnomes resemble far too much that baby that gets punted around in South Park. (Kick da baby!)  I played a gnome in EQ, and EQ2... but they looked like small people, not footballs with stubby arms and legs.

If you want to play an unpopular class/race...  Don't be a hunter or pally.  they seemed to outnumber everyone else by 2 or 3 to 1.

Oh, I don't know about that.  If you look at the list of PvP guilds (of course, my thread on that was locked due to the retarded posts of some brainless Night Elf named Ardent), you will notice that many fucksticks are choosing to play Alliance.

It generally held true in Closed Beta that the majority of asshats joined the Alliance, with the more mature PVP players going Horde. This is by no means a all allaince are idiots, just thats how it worked in beta.

Also, I think some servers will have more idiots on alliance and some will have more on horde.

You want a underdog race, play troll druid (can trolls be druids?).

for allaince I think Humans and or Dwarves had the lowest population count. But in release that could change. For a time you couldnt go more than a few feet with out tripping over a night elf rogue or a gnome mage. Im just glad that as a Undead, I now have the option to eat them after I kill them.

Dont think trolls can be druids.  Only Night Elves and Tauren can be Druids.  Trolls get shaman, which is cool enough by itself.

You could in early UO by making them into jerky.  Of course, that became a big controversy so they removed it from the game.

At least in WoW when you feast you will get something from it.  UO just made your character full and made a "crunch crunch" noise.

Are you sure this isnt just against non-player creatures only?

I cant imagine that this would be allowed in a teen rated game. I know its stupid, but ratings boards are picky and European countries are especially picky when it comes to things like this. Germany would not allow this at all.

Hell, you cant even show the human skeleton in China at all. Magic The Gathering had to change ALL their cards that had a human skeleton in the art, for the Chinese versions. Even if it were merely a skeletal hand. Having skeleton undead eating other players wouldnt go over too well.

Im not sure, as I never got the chance to try it. It would really suck if you couldnt. (I am pretty sure that you can) The thing is, there is no graphic to go along with it, and the opponent would never know you are doing it.

Well if you want to be rare, be a Druid on the Horde side. They are about as rare as a woman at a NAMBLA convention.

Well, that sort of sucks.  I understand that Horde and Alliance can't communicate, either.  So you can't even describe eating your victim to your victim.  Sort of takes the fun out of it.

You can, but it's in another language, so they just see '[Corpsy McMunch] fladdle oople moomy!'  It's possible to learn the other races' languages.  If you were a real psychopath, you'd spend 20 minutes teaching them your language so they can understand you when you describe eating their corpse.
