Why?  That's the mount people got for going to BlizzCon this year.

I am pretty sure he meant that he was annoyed about seeing the gnome warrior.

I hate them too.

I'm annoyed that Blizzcon is written on an item in play. In everything else, the real world is one step removed. Normal Blizzard style would be to have a tongue-in-cheek item that we know represents Blizzard but is technically a part of the NPCs' world, e.g. an item for surviving snowstorms or an "Emblem of the Blizzard Convention".

But no, they fuck four years of sticking to that rule by having a "BlizzCon" flag on an in-game mount. Also, people who attend MMORPG conventions are scary LARPers and I don't want to even be aware they are anywhere near my computer.

A few of these strategically placed around a battlefield could bring it to a complete halt.

Soon, this will be World of Aaahhhcraft.

Hehe very true. I logged my girlfriends account on and collected her baby blizzard bear for her. When she got home and logged her Deathcow on and saw it she nearly exploded with cutesy glee  awesome, for real

People are worried the word "WoW" breaks immersion?  YOUR GAME HAS MOTORCYCLES NOW, KTHX.

It doesn't break immersion, it breaks the fourth wall. Now, breaking the fourth wall is not automatically bad, but there needs to be a point to it. With these two instances, I don't see the point.

You're this knowledgeable about the details of four-year-old fugly WoW, and I'm only visiting for WotLK. QED.

I bow to your whatever the fuck it is.

BlizzCon only shares one letter with WoW, but still you confused them. Stop making my shitty posts even worse.

Yes, it breaks the forth wall. In a game that's endlessly referential of all manner of pop culture. Oh well.

You're being a wanker.
What's this "you're a bigger nerd than me because you know more about the topic I brought up" bullshit?
Along with "ha ha you're a loser because you've been playing this game that ..this game that I am now playing again. But I'm only playing for a little while. I'm not a huge catass any more. But I USED to be UBER, and like to talk about that every time the opportunity presents itself."

Seriously, stop it or fuck off.
