I know next to nothing about this film except that it's won some awards (Montreal Film Festival - Best Director), it's Belgian and the synopsis runs pretty much like this:

As an alternative to getting bullied at school, an autistic teenager retreats into the world of online roleplaying games.

The game in question is actually Archlord and it seems that Codemasters etc. have been quite happily involved with the film even though the subject matter may not necessarily cast the game in a good light.  There's a trailer of sorts but it's not very good - you can see it here. It's only playing at about 15 UK cinemas and unfortunately, the cinema I could go and see it at is showing it on a weekend I'm not around. No idea if it's coming to the US or when it might get any sort of release outside of festivals there.
