PS3 News | Give me that which I desire.
Activision has today announced that Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will be the lucky recipient of the first full downloadable album for the Guitar Hero series with Metallica's latest studio album Death Magnetic set to be available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game later this week.

Priced at a whopping 1440 Microsoft Points, the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace download will also feature two Guitar Hero-exclusive versions of "Suicide & Redemption" and is said to be forward-compatible with the upcoming Guitar Hero World Tour, which is due out later this year.

The Death Magnetic track list is as follows:

That Was Just Your Life
The End of the Line
Broken, Beat & Scarred
The Day That Never Comes
All Nightmare Long
Cyanide
The Unforgiven III
The Judas Kiss
Suicide & Redemption (Extended Solo Ver. 1)
Suicide & Redemption (Extended Solo Ver. 2)
My Apocalypse

Metallica's Death Magnetic will be available from the PSN and XBL from this Friday.
