It can generate some pretty cool results though.

Simple idea really, follow these three steps:
1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random - the article you get will be your band's name.

2. http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3 - the last four words of the last quote will be your album name (you'll need to refresh this page each time you want a new album name).

3. http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/ - and the third picture will be your album cover.*

Ookii: If you aren't allowed to download your flickr pic just view the source and search for 'src="http://farm' and you'll uncover the url.  Eg. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3215/2699654347_7bac7e3c01.jpg?v=0

Bonus points for photoshopping together an Album Cover.
