As long as thats all good, i would really appreciate the key. I get to the "submit and get your key" button, and it times out.

You have to keep at it. I managed to get a key after 5 or 6 tries. Thanks to the generous nature of friends, I now have a computer/video card combo that MAY be able to play this acceptably.

edit: progressed to a captcha that keeps saying "invalid code" now

I've managed to see actual captcha code rather than "invalid" message, then it went through and told me alas the signups for PotBS beta are closed, and would i like fries to subscribe to beta announcement list.  Now the AoC Beta key just shows me the broken link where the captcha code should be.

Guess i should upgrade my gfx card or something.

There's a relatively active torrent on piratebay. Honestly, I'm pretty astonished that they still try and distribute 12 GB files by http.

I'm trying that pirate bay torrent for the client and my avg download rate is 14kB/s. Not exactly stellar.. but then I'm on Comcast. With a 2 week ETA, I may just pony up for the subscription on Fileplanet.

Well, after getting an average of 14kB/s down on the torrent for the last 18hrs, I'm going to have to switch to fileplanet. The beta will be over before I download this bastard.
