Basically, I'm looking for an account to transfer a character to. Will pay some in game iskies if someone wants to get rid of a spare acct, or some money.

Obligatory you cannot transfer account ownership post.

Just grab a trial and use 30 day timecode to activate it. 140M isk isn't a lot.
