"You have all recieved youre last warning. I am in the process of currently tracking all of youre ips and pinging your home adressess. you should not have commencemed a war with me" - Aaron Rayburn
Why am I homeless? Why do all you motherfuckers need homes is the real question. They called it The Prayer, its answer was law Mommy come back 'cause the water's all gone
I was just playing that (apparently the same people who made all those games are on board with this one) but not having much MUD experience, i was unsure of what commands, or syntax really, i needed to type to do various things. I got out of the cell, and was stuck looking at the rat, not knowing what to do or how to type what i wanted to do that was valid..
Games where you have to guess what the parser wants are stupid.

Thy Dungeonman was a satire of text adventure games that arose out of a one-off joke in one of the Strongband emails. It was deliberately nonsensical and slightly obtuse. And brilliant.
The text adventure section of Sam and Max was also fairly brilliant for similar reasons. One of the puzzles involved picking up a convenience store IIRC.
