This is my dedicated mission runner (my other guy is busy sitting in his newbie ship training adv weapon upgrades 5 as we speak) and I think I've got most of my skills covered now and am settling into bringing them all up from where they are. Eve has a lot of depth though so I'm wonderin if I've missed anything. Can anyone see any holes in my below skills that I'll need to fill (ignore drone and social skills, I'll get to those once I get all my missile/shield/energy/targetting skills to 4) as a raven pilot mission runner?

Also, is it worth working towards T2 cruise launchers and ammo or should I stick to arbelest launchers and T1/faction ammo?

Looks like you have a great base of skills, now you need to decide where to head from here.

There's a couple of immediate options: Drones and Gunnery. You can also start building up those 'extra' Engineering skills that increase your shield tank (such as Thermic Shield Compensation). And, of course, there's still a bunch of missile skills you could get - for a mission runner you'll want to eventually be able to do torps, etc. (Though I would recommend increasing your drone skills a bit so you can use drones to take out the smaller stuff in missions and torps for the bigger stuff).

You could also start training for Rigs, as you'll be a rich bastard who can afford them.

Mission running is pretty cut and dry, but I'm sure someone else will have a different opinion on what you should be training.  Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

NAVIGATION!!!

Get Evasive, Navigation to 3 at least asap...this helps with speed and warp speed of every ship you will ever get in. Mechanic 5 is good for its bonus, and its a pre-req for assault ships/HACs. Probably some drone love to 5 and get Drone Interfacing trained at least...

You've pretty much got the bare minimum skills to sit behind the wheel of a Raven. You'll want to take a lot of those mid-level skills to 4 or 5 - especially Caldari BS, Shield Management, Shield Upgrades and all your navigation skills. Drones to 5 is also a must.

As for missing skills, if you want to maximise your missioning then you'll want to get the special connections skills (Military Connections, Political Connections etc) as those will make a big difference to your returns over time.

Also, you'll want to start faction fitting a CNR, I reccomend an X-type XL shield booster, some dread guristas BCS's, faction launchers.

Then head on over to Sivala, do missions there, don't sit in the station afk though, its not safe, run over to planet 4, warp in at 20km from the Uedama gate.  It's safe there.   DRILLING AND MANLINESS

Yeah, I just dropped 10 million and 15k or so LP's for Military Connections. It'll make a huge difference, even with only two ranks.
