Yeah, that sucked. I really felt like I was getting something going. I saw the screen pop up with the disconnect countdown and looked down at my cable modem which had all the lights out save the "Power" light. I guess the internet decided to hiccup at a bad time. Figures. Regardless, it was looking to be a really good game. Congrats on the win. :)

Definitely. That was a fun game, but I got worried I might be running up the score on you, which is why I gave you a steady diet of the Edge in the second half. Still, it shows just how important a good RB is in this game. I know on one play where I gained something like 20 yards on a run, I didn't even bother with special moves and was still shedding tackles. Rickey Williams was even worse about it before they removed him from the Miami online roster.
We'll definitely have to play some golf. Links 2k4 is entirely too much fun.
Hey, Pig Destroyer, I'll be available for a game any time after 8 pm CST Monday and Tuesday nights, probably Wednesday too.

It turns out it would of been a bad night for a game as a realtor brought someone by to show our place and we had to leave for awhile. Tuesday should work just fine, I'm off all day and as long as nobody wants to buy my condo, I should be home. |

You know, I'd almost feel bad if everyone was waiting on us, but I have the feeling that when we finally DO get our game in, we'll have to sit and wait for the 4 others that need to play and haven't even posted potential game times.
Also, if our game ends in a disconnect 5 minutes after we start my head just might explode.
