Up to you to do this, but two suggestions:
1. Look at the camera.
2. Turn your body to face the way your head is facing, and then just turn your eyes. There's no reason for your body to be turned one way, your head the other way, and your eyes to be looking back the way the body's facing. Most people turn their body instead of twisting their neck like that.

 Nah, I had a laugh. I swapped out Uriq's old portrait, but it only shows up on another person's machine if that person wipes out their portrait cache or loads you for the first time. Just fyi. |
