I have finally come to rest and have a relatively stable place to live here at the beach with net access, so I just formatted my comp, reinstalled WinXP and started fresh with all new drivers and updates yadda yadda.
So when I went to reinstall WoW, I discovered I have either lost or left my install CD's 150 miles away in storage. I want to jump back in but I'm wondering the best route to take?
- Download the trial and patch up from there? I remember my account info / login, but will just installing the trial client and plugging in my info work? I read something about your account being BC enabled borking things? (And mine is of course)
If I have to I'll just order the WoW / BC combo box from Amazon or something for 40 bucks, but I'd rather not unless I have to. Will the trial client work if I just plug my login info in there or am I hosed?
Greet what arrives, escort what leaves, and rush in upon loss of contact
If you go to your account page on the WoW website. You can download the BC client from there. So, just get the trial, then get BC from the account page.
oh god how did this get here I am not good with computer
