I didn't realize he was literally insane.  Talking about himself in the third person only adds to it, would that be standard procedure if you are representing yourself or is he just doing something crazy?

which is a pdf, am I going to get something explaining why on earth he would do that or is it a link to the actual pictures which would get me fired?

The pictures aren't that bad, they're in the later pages of the article. You know, I wonder if Jack Thompson and Jack Chick are really the same loony but in different bodies?

The pictures in the "picture book pleading" are not the graphic ones. Those were appended to a different pleading.  The pdf you are referring to Miasma is just a copy of the order to show cause the court issued about them.

he Florida justices were particularly riled by a recent pleading (excerpts on Pages 4 through 6) that took the form of a "children's picture book for adults" (below). This step was necessary, Thompson wrote, because of "the Court's inability to comprehend" his arguments. This pleading, the justices fumed, contained pictures of "swastikas, kangaroos in court, a reproduced dollar bill, cartoon squirrels, Paul Simon, Paul Newman, Ray Charles, [and] a handprint with the word 'SLAP!' written under it."

He's spent so much time frothing at internet retardation that he has, apparently become what he hates the most.

Either that or because this is is so something that a 4Chan poster would do that I'm now thinking that the whole thing may be a massive hoax.

Thompson was acting this way before 4chan ever existed.  It's impossible to pull a hoax with him because no one could come up with something as wacky as his reality.

JT was appealing his way up the courts trying to get his disbarment overturned. The Supreme Court has declined to hear his complaint, without comment. That pretty much ends his chances of every getting his lawyer-ness restored. Of course, that doesn't stop him from being an annoying ass.

Anyone know what those four options might be? Here's my guesses:
Option 1: Fake his own death, steal someone's identity, re-take the bar exams
Option 2: Move to Canada and become a lawyer there
Option 3: Repeatedly sue the Supreme Court, the President and every member of the US Senate until they overturn his disbarment
Option 4: Start his own legal system. With blackjack, and hookers.

I imagine a lot of states have reciprocal agreements on disbarments, just like they do for admission to the bar.  From Wikipedia's Disbarment:

In the United States legal system, disbarment is specific to regions; one can be disbarred from some courts, while still being a member of the bar in another jurisdiction. However, under the American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct, which have been adopted in most states, disbarment in one state or court is grounds for disbarment in a jurisdiction which has adopted the Model Rules.

So he might have a hard time trying to find a state that will let him back in.
