I'm just going to say, 12 Angry Tests is simply fantastic. Some brilliant, Valve-quality puzzles in there. If you want a good portal fix, I'd say to give this one a go.

Thank you for recommending it. He really nailed the Valve-style "aha" moments where things click and you try something that seems a little crazy but it works beautifully and you feel somewhat clever about it. Nice difficulty balance -- had to think about things a bit at times but never got horribly stuck.

Click the left side of the logo. Here's the whois information for the domain: Yeah, it's a fansite thing. The voice file is legit, though. Also funny when you realise that Black Mesa was doing experiments that made Cave Johnson go "Whoa, okay, let's thing about this one first". Weird. Town doesn't exist and the postal code isn't real.

I'm guessing he used hammer, but what impresses me is that if that can come out after only a few days, what we might have after a few weeks or months could be amazing. I do wonder if Valve is using the workshop as a covert hiring tool, since some of this stuff is brilliant.

There was just no particularly easy way to get them noticed. Now, I don't know if this guy has been working on those for a while or not, but it is entirely possible.

Yeah, the FAQ shows all the info assumed here. It was made with Hammer and uploaded to some other websites previously. I'm thinking the ones posted on thinkingwithportals.com and portal2maps.com will have some really well done maps, and may be worth looking into.
Spoiler is just showing the FAQ for 12 Angry Tests
