It's been a while.  You can't kick a player from a team if they aren't online?  I thought you could.

If they aren't online you can't kick them from a Task Force. You get a message implying that they will be kicked but nothing happens (it says "<name> is not on your team!").

Have the each instance of a TF keep a particapation bar that track how much they fight.  People who do the log off trick won't have enough particaption to get the best rewards at the end.
