I think I have two Clairborne shirts and for whatever reason I just don't like them very much. Something about the way they hang.

The new stuff is nicer than the stuff I used to get from them. That said, I spent about $400-$500 at the Solis company in the Castro district (well, right outside the Castro). Yea. I got the Affliction Blazer. It was $145 though. More than worth it. So light I can wear it in AZ.

He looks lovely in a suit but, geez, who needs 'em if you don't have to wear 'em? I'm all for comfort. If the suits aren't comfortable, you're doing it wrong.

Well, in a lot of the corporate world, a suit comes with a tie and proper shoes and all that rubbish. It's like you're dressing up for the interview every day. I don't see how that sort of clothing could be very comfy, especially in the summer. I have a friend who worked for a big law firm, Morgan, Lewis and Bockius, and once when the AC was broken a memo was sent around telling them that they could remove their suit jackets while they were in their own offices unless a client was present. He really, Really, REALLY hated it there but he had two small children and it paid the bills.
