Anyone happen to have Dave Rickey's old MAISE article tucked somewhere safe? I can't seem to find a working link anywhere, PM'd Dave himself but apparently his copy is stuck on a non-working laptop. The reason I ask is because I happened to be going thru some of Jeff Freeman's blogs, and stumbled upon About Kaczynski's Law (I know, call me slow). For some strange reason that piece reminded me of Dave's article and the motivations model he had. Would be nice to read it again and I think Dave wouldn't mind getting his hands on a copy either. |

Any luck? I wouldn't mind getting it myself. I *think* it's on my old laptop, the one with a dead power supply. But I'm not certain, and I don't have the bits to mount the drive in my desktop to find out.

Oh, we have it in backup, if you want, we could resurrect it to the current frontpage. Worth revisiting it anyway :) I'll look into it this weekend. Lots of articles from back then I wanted to re-archive anyway.
