I just got a new laptop (when your card is an integrated 32-bit Mobility Radeon 7500, you can't play many online games other than Yahoo chess) and am itching to play an MMO while I wait for Warhammer or perhaps AoC.  LOTRO looks stunning, but I have a question...how active is the monster play scene?  I like PvEing too, but I won't buy if there is never anyone to fight in the Ettenmoors.

It depends on what time you hop in. During prime on Nimrodel it's pretty busy. The outposts change hands quite a bit and there's always a good amount of Creeps running around.

I was on brandywine, and it was basically non-stop carnage on that server.

Another question, this one probably very stupid.  How do I stop the intro movie from playing every single time I log in?  It always plays the full thing before I get to character selection.

I think this is being addressed in Book 12.
