Submit designs! Get Coupons! How much are they worth? Who knows! Maybe $1. Maybe $5! Maybe I can't even make coupons! I don't know!

300DPI.
Vector if possible. At minimum, transparent png.

On any shirt that doesn't say f13 on the front. It says it under the neck, on the back, pretty small, in grey.
Look at the details on the Fail shirt.

It's the same at my school. Someone in the HR program had their Animation friend do up a logo for our program clothing. It turned out to say Human Resources with like a trillion paper airplanes all over the place. No one "got it". But, it's ART!

Right, but I do know some local coffee house artists. More importantly, I just wanted to bring up cthulu, because I think it would be cool to have it on a shirt. Even if it's not the emoticon version.
Also, there are way more pot smokers in the recording program than anywhere else in the school. That's all I care to say about it, though.

Really, it comes down to Actually Trying and working your ass off. You'd be Amazed how many people just coast through that place, while going 100k+ into debt.
