Considering the focus of this board, I am shocked that you are not charging a premium for early access to these shirts.

Sure the first runs may not look very good, but you can make improvements over time to create the shirt you have envisioned.

You could even offer pricing based on successful models like maybe 69.99 for early adopters, 39.99 after two months, 25.99 after four months and then free with every donation after eight months.

How about a "My shirt has collision detection" and a couple of people cuddling?  Maybe too sappy for this place though.

Hahahaha!  I'm really good at this!

You stay classy.

Be sure to offer the shirts in widescreen.

I am all over the Nixon shirt.  I like the PS:T and monkey t-shirt but they'll just attract confusion from everyone I see on a daily basis.

Yea, got to admit that confuses me as well. I want other people to be confused by the shirts I wear, but not myself.

This shirt quality is questionable. Actually, the shirts themselves are nice. I don't know if I like the print process. Some examples:

http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/7734/gothiccloseupdf7.png

http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/4823/nixonxk3.png

http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/418/bardcloseupgo2.png

You can really tell it's printed.

So I'm on the fence.

Print on demand just isn't there yet. Investigating other options.

The Nixon one looks great, the printing process works with the image quite well.

Maybe update the rest of your images to look more...rustic?

I think the real problem is the layer of white on darker colors is really fucking white. And really thick. It kinda fucks with things. Basically, white fucking pops. Too much. It's so dark colors don't so in and disappear - which I understand. But, like, comeon, do a clearcoat instead of a white coat. Surely we have the technology for clear ink.

My thoughts:

fewer words. I prefer the simpler images.

No thanks on the JL/xJL. Who the fuck are they and why are they on my f13 t-shirts?

If I'm going to werat Ts branded with emblems and initials of fuckers I have no idea or care about, I may as well shop at the local malls.

I'm just gonna let this die guys. I really am just not happy with the result, and another forum member and I are seriously investigating doing straight screenprinting/discharge stuff with game centralized designs. We're moving along at a steady clip, and hopefully MAYBE we'll have stuff to show people in May at the gettogether. Can't promise anything though.

In short: Shirts, serious business.

Sounds like a good move. Those sample graphic prints looked thicker than paint, which kinda defeats the purpose of using high-quality cotton.

I would pay cash monies for the new cutesy SA smiley with the tiny mouth on a shirt.

Also, the Planescape (which is also Diablo2) font hath inspired me.

Do one with Deckard Cain on the front and on the back write "Stay a while and listen"

I'll second the coffee mugs... I'd have a child and sell it, just to get the monies to buy a F-13 coffee mug.
