He was actually a cool little kid in the Client. And while Nick Stahl was the real talent in Bully, Renfro was realistic in it. His character reminded me of someone I knew. I'd heard he was a burnout though, so I guess it was just a matter of time.

He was also in Home Improvement.  I couldn't find a good picture from the show in short order, though.

Why am I homeless?  Why do all you motherfuckers need homes is the real question.

I think you're thinking of the other kid in that picture, who didn't die... yet.

Have you tried the internet? It's made out of millions of people missing the point of everything and then getting angry about it

Geez... he doesn't look even remotely familiar.  Most of his films don't, either.

Haha, oops.  I guess the Tom & Huck thing made me think he was the older brother on Home Improvement.

His most famous role is still his first one: The Client. Pretty much just picked up off the street for it, like Edward Furlong for T2 (who also turned out a fuckup, I think).

And no, he's definitely not a master thespian. Heh. Though if anyone hasn't seen Bully, they should.

I saw Bully!  Now I remember him, too.  I thought the acting and the film were pretty mediocre at best.  I seriously thought they could have pieced together bits from the news stories and made a better film.  Maybe I'm just too old to get any joy from naked teenagers having sex with other naked teenagers, which seemed to me what the film mostly focused on.  For me, the real story was lost somewhere in all that gratuitous soft porn.

Yeah, there was a bit of porn in it, I guess. Maybe you're right.. The thing that keeps getting me about that movie though is the murder scene. It was seriously intense, enough to disturb me forever.
