I typed it all in...

I've done my PSP stuff also.

This program outputs really neat HTML stuff. I can blow through adding it by hand pretty quickly now as it's all hotkeyed and I type fast, I'll put up one of the webpages this weekend.

Couple reasons: you can drag a box around the area you want captured, you can click the window you want captured, and a couple of other options, and it'll automatically make an image file in your preferred format without having to open up another program. Takes maybe 2 seconds, and you end up with exactly what you need rather than your whole desktop.

Irfanview built in screen capture has all of that (and I'm pretty sure it catches games too), but I find printscreen + dragging and adjusting box (super easy, super precise) in irfanview mucho faster.

Put up most of the stuff at gamerdiaries.com.

GBA, PS3 and a few other things are missing, my ftp client didn't like japanese characters. Either that or the server didn't.

I like how it shows the retail price - nice way to see how much you are /really/ spending on this "hobby". :P

Before I got Dynasty Warriors 4, I use to play it on my uncles' ps2. Then my grandma took me to buy my own copy of it. Now there are only two levels left for me to unlock. My favorite warrior is Lord Ling Tong because he is an awesome fighter!

It doesn't show Original MSRP :( I buy almost no games at a discounted price.

According to 1up's game tracker, I have nearly $10K in games. Of course, it devalues older titles, and their database is missing a number of obscure PC and C64 titles. Not to mention the old Atari games.

I think I'd be really disgusted with myself if there were a similar tracker for anime DVDs.

Getting back to the original topic, I keep backup copies of the following for immediate reinstallation:

AVG Antivirus
ZoneAlarm Firewall
Spybot S&D
AdAware SE

I'm going to be adding my many, many DVDs to MediaMan this week.

I fear the result.

That's roughly two months' take-home pay for me. o_O

Not all technically free but here are my must haves:

NOD32

PDF REdirect

FileZilla

Paint Shop Pro - No clue how it is since corel took over but I have version 7 and it probably does 85% of what photoshop CS2 can do.  I bought this version like 4-5 years ago for $70 and it has definately earned the price tag.

MS Office

Dreamweaver

Flash studio + sothink SWF decompiler.
