BLAC is fighting a highsec war vs Exa Nation, Molotov Coalition, and V I G I L, mostly around Hek. Neutral scouts are incredibly helpful in empire wars. If anyone wants a bit of fun and a cut of the loot, evemail me and I'll get you into our intel channel. You might even learn something. It's pretty much a US TZ war, if that matters.
Covops with a willingness to go into lowsec is preferred, but all that is required is a pod and a willingness to undock in highsec.
We have some neutral carebears helping us out and they really seem to enjoy it.
