That's because not everything is being downloaded in that patch. Go into settings and you'll notice a download button under the graphics settings. Click it and await the shiny arrival of super happy fun hour!

Edit: Which clocks in at about 600mbs.

Hold off buying an Ishtar for a few weeks. Inventing them has become easier in this latest patch so you can expect prices to drop some more.

The shadows cause a lot of slow down. Right now I'm running everything but shadows at high with 4xAA.
