Half-priced on Steam this weekend. Which one is this? Good, bad, ugly, indifferent?

And is this (one of) the ones that's loaded with fucked-up DRM if you buy at retail? Will the Steamed version have same?

Well, I liked the game.

My only warning is that it crashes and eats a whole lot of time.

Whenever an opponent discards a card, Megrim deals 2 damage to that player.

It's actually a pretty good play. I haven't picked it up in some time but it has most of the bells and whistles that good ole x-com had. Character progression being the real star with this one. You can tweak a squad out as much as you like. If you're the kind of guy that loves micromanaging a squad down to the last stat point, you'll definitely dig it.

I picked it up when it was full price and felt I got my money's worth. I would certainly recommend it at half price.
