Ok, yeah I'm a dork for posting this twice...but since the Orange Box came with the 10 level teaser for Peggle, I was curious to how many people bought it before or after. I really think that it is one of the most entertaining games ever.

And just to once again represent my lifelessness/mad skillz.....

If anyone is stuck on a challenge or clearing a board, holla. I know someone probably has my 900k+ in one round beat...whatcha got? One cool thing I found was, if you hit one peg and it goes in the free bucket it says "Free Ball Skills 5,000 points" - 5 of those in a row and you get "Mad Skillz 25,000 points" then 10 in a row is "Crazy Mad Skillz 100,000 points (i think, would have to check the replay)...

About time for my Extreme Grand Master of Peggle "grief title" :)

I am ashamed to admit that not only did I enjoy Peggle, I bought the full version.

At least my niece got a couple of hours of fun out of it.

I had several more.

I keep considering buying the Deluxe version.  I've been playing the crap out of the 10-level version.  It's a great game to play when you've got something better to be doing.

I can't fathom getting 900k points off one board.  It's pretty rare that I can break 300k.

You'll be glad you bought the full version, and 900k is very beatable in the Deluxe version...triple score on Das Bucket FTW.

Never be ashamed of your Peggle love.  I've been evangelizing this game for a long time now, and with pride.

I can't understand how people love it. I did play the orange box trial/demo version through, but by the end it was a chore. It's simply too much luck and really feels like a virtual slot machine. No thanks.

It's pachinko. Who doesn't love Pachinko?

Luck? Try clearing all pegs off all boards.... /flex

Luck! It is pachinko, and I feel the same way about that. You simply fire balls and try, try, again until a random bounce gets you the gold.

I like Peggle too - haven't bought it yet, but probably will soonish.

Guilty as charged. I bought it after playing the Orange-Box demo. Is there a way to unlock all the extra characters and stuff in the OB version once you've bought the full version?

Also, I'm ok at it, but judging by the scores and such, I'm horrendous compared to someone with ll33t mad skillz like Slayerik. So clearly there's an element of skill.

I'm thinking there is also an element of catass.

I dunno, I sat down and played a few of the ten levels and cleared one board first try. Maybe there is a little bit of luck, or maybe I am just good at pachinko. Either way, I had never played this type of game before now.

It's pretty damn fun. I'm supposed to be writing this damn paper, but I can't stop playing Peggle.

Does Steam track Pegglestats?

Now you are just trying to piss me off bhodi  evil

Mad skillz is what it takes to become a Peggle Grand Master...to become an Extreme Grand Master of Peggle....Catassing indeed.
