WTF? There are a LOT of things that I don't want to eat, drink, or apply to my skin undiluted. I mean, aloe-type stuff alone -- you'd need to suspend it in some base medium to actually be able to apply it decently, for one.
Yes there are quite a number of products I would bloody-well hope have their highest ingredient as water. Anything that's supposed to be wet for starters. Also, didn't everyone know this already?
