I played this at PAX. I was hanging out with a friend of mine there, and one of her friends happened to be a dev on this game, and he was walking around with a dev version on broadcast mode, for downloading the demo - so I downloaded it and played it while we were waiting in line to get into the ArenaNet party at the Gameworks center across the street.
You draw your little sprite (hands, chest, arms, legs), and then you watch as your little terrifying creation hops around and collects coins and stuff. For items you pick up that do various things, you draw those too, so I expect many penis-shaped armaments to appear.
It should be a pretty decent platformer, with a cool customization element.
