Hah. Real Age, like, actual age: 25. Now, I'll be straight up, I answered the food, exercise and other lifestyle questions honestly. In other words, donut, halfway between obese and overweight, etc.

Ended with 18.5/80.5.

See, I'm easy to please and not stressed. I figure half of my friends will die of heart attacks while I'm still busy being made happy by the sound of a ping in diablo.... 2.

I answered honestly too, but the smoking question didn't have as much of a penalty as it should have. I put a Pack a Day, and yet I still get this:

Biological Age: 30
Real Age: 11
Average Life Expectancy: 74
Your life Expectancy: 92

I'd believe that if I didn't smoke. I don't eat too much crap, I don't get stressed, and most of my family lives into their late 80's/early 90's.

I can't answer honestly. I can't decide if living together in sin counts as single, married or happily married. Maybe even cheating on god.

I got nice reassuring numbers, but I don't think I fit the test.

I have a stupidly sedentary job, but I do stuff like cycle 1200km in my holidays.
I get plenty of sleep, but I'm a shift worker (proven to be bad for your lifespan).
My grandparents on one side died shockingly young. On the other, they almost reached 100.
I apparently lose 3 years because I have mild asthma, but my lung capacity would be better than most non-asthmatics thanks to the cycling.

I lose points for driving lots.  I ride my Suzuki 400 miles a week to my current contract.  This fact alone subtracted a couple of years from my total.  Also notice there are no questions about pets - thought having a pet was meant to help you live longer too.  Also doesn't help that I have high risk hobbies.

Anyway: 14.7/93.3.

This is kind of a strange test.  A real age of 6.2 with an expectancy of 94.8.  I sure don't feel 6.

32.2/76.8. It's flat out wrong I think. Men in my family die young, like in their 60s. My dad says it's the women in the family that kill them.

The thing said my "real age" was 26.8.  Given my biological age, I'm going to use that number for at least the next 5 years.

It's a viral advertisment then.  I fully expect to receive something in the mail next week saying "You would live to 79.5 if only there was no more cancer in the world. Please to donate, else 64 you die!"

I've been exercising a lot more lately. I eat crap, but a lot less often; I also usually only eat 1.5 times a day. Not much of a history of anything bad, health-wise in my family. No smoking, practically no drinking on my part.

The only part that pissed me off is the ethnic background choices. I could have chosen 3 of them.

Also, if I get a AF commission as a graded officer, that will probably drop my numbers quite a bit, what with working on flying aircraft for a job and all.
