I suspected that not-a-nerf was coming. When I grouped up my rad/rad defender and laid that aoe debuff on the mobs we sliced through TFs, and even with my weenie attacks (compared to my 'main, energy/energy blastah), I could smack down bosses pretty easily. Damn, I shoulda abused that one.

The anchored aura debuffs are tricky. To be honest many people cannot spot the effect in the massive blinking carnage that is battles in coh. They are great in a group you play with alot because you get a feel of which targets they will go after first and make your anchor NOT one of those. In pickup groups though they are hard to use.
