While I'm glad they're trying to do something, I fear it's as essentially pointless as taking down drug dealers.  Remove one, and five more spring up in his and/or her place.

Not only that but they'll be living in countries where US law enforcement can't get to them. That guy was an idiot for staying in the US after losing all those lawsuits.

more importantly;

1: What do you use as a spam blocker?
2: Where can i get it
3: How do i set it up to get rid of this shit.

Spam blocker? As in email spam? Or are you talking about ads? For email, your email service provider should be providing that sort of thng. If not, switch providers (e.g. Gmail is open to everybody now). If you can't switch get an email client that has a statistical spam filter. If this is email for like your own company where you have your own email server, greylisting plus statistical spam filtering will cut it down to a managable level. For ads, switch browsers.

I'm using gmail.  The one above is one of very few to get past their blocker, it has also been just about perfect as regards to false positives also.

If you don't want to switch email clients then you can use POPFile.  It does the filtering on your end if your ISP doesn't do it properly or at all.
