You might know him as the guy who wrote the song Code Monkey, or you might know him as the guy who soft-rocked Baby Got Back, or as the guy who did the Thing a Week Podcast. Or you might not know of him at all, in which case you might want to go to his site and hear his geeky music or read his geeky lyrics. Who else writes a love song from Charon to Pluto? Who else sings about the Mandelbrot Set? Anyway, he's got some nice press this week in the NY Times and Psychology Today. Obligatory Second Life quote (from the aforementioned Psychology Today interview): You performed a concert in an online game, Second Life, using a body double. What's it like having a virtual likeness?
It's great. The avatar is much fitter and better looking than I am. It's kind of a sexy-looking avatar if I do say so myself. I don't spend much time in Second Life but I've visited some of the casinos and S&M stores and rented airplanes there.

I have quite a bit of his work (available on iTunes for a very nice price). His work varies highly in style. Re: Your Brains remains classic.
