I just really need to get myself to exercise more during the week, but I'm just so tired...I can literally hit that snooze button repeatedly for about 2 hours each day before dragging (DRAGGING) myself out of bed.

Really need to get the weight back down - coming back from Benin, and then more or less gorging my way through the end of 2013 was not helpful.

I've been doing 30m on the bike every day for the last 2 weeks for at least 5 miles a day.

It's done wonders for my energy. It SUUUUUUUCKED getting started, but if you go slow and get used to doing it, even on days when you feel like garbage, you realize how much better you feel afterwards.

Seriously, I've biked on days where I thought I'd pass out if I did anything, and you know what? You don't.

And my resolution has folded.  Finally saw the waitress I had my eye on again, even got seated in her section, but she was sporting a lovely engagement ring this time.  Ce la vie.
That just means there's still time to change her mind awesome, for real

1. Get Promoted.
2. Move closer to work.
3. Get enough in the bank to pay off my student loans, then do so.

Kind of had a real introspective night last night. Doubling down on guitar playing this year, need to break a personal wall or two that I've been to lazy to knock down.

1. Learn proper theory, hell or high water. It's really holding me back from being scary good.
2. Build out my repertoire. Tired of only having two or three songs memorized.
3. At least an hour a day practicing.

Let me know if you have any questions related to #1, I might as well use this degree for *something*.
