A duck!

Anyway - I'm not entirely sure why I got this but I thought I'd pass it along in case anyone was interested.  I don't know beans about it.  Maybe it's because I'm really Really REALLY tired and can't keep a thought in my head, let alone remember anything older than an hour ago.

Hello  And thank your for taking the time to read
this.

I wanted to let everyone know that Duck's Den
Productions Inc has released a Third Person
Shooter called Valhyre Deathmatch for the Xbox
360.  Valhyre Deathmatch allows players to be
either a Bastlur or Nilbog and battle it out with
up to 16 opponents in a head to head arena.  Its
available through Community Games in the Xbox
marketplace.

Now you may be wondering why we released a 3rd
person shooter when we are suppose to be working
on the MMO.   We wanted to give people the
opportunity to experience on small level what the
bastlur glide capabilities and the nilbog
dirigible would be like.  We found that during our
testing that the aerial combat was really fun and
decided to release that so others could join in.

Its also a way that you can help support the
development of Valhyre the Aftermath.  If you have
an xbox360 and are interested in looking at
Valhyre DM, you can find it in the Marketplace
under community games.   If you want to look at it
on the web you can point your browser to

http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/games/media/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80258550174/

As always, I look forward to seeing everyone in
the forums at www.valhyre.com

A company which thinks changing a single letter in Norse-related words makes a cool backdrop, apparently.

Hahahaha!  I'm really good at this!

I don't know what it is.  I don't know who they are.  I don't know why they sent that to me.  I'd play Fjred the Vyking in a heartbeat though!  Please make it.

I didn't run to these forums and post about the Vanguard free play period or the latest WiiWare offerings, and I expect others to show similar restraint.

Why am I homeless?  Why do all you motherfuckers need homes is the real question.

First off: Duck's Den Production, Inc. has a website that doesn't inspire confidence.

Secondly, if you look at the Valhyre site you can see that the Valhyre DM is what happens when they

polish up what we were using for prototyping and create a playable game out it.

Thirdly, I get a number of unclosed tags on the Valhyre site itself using Firefox, so none of this makes me think we'll see something as complex as a MMO from them if they can't get a website right. Good for them on getting a prototype done though.

That website looks like some website for a mom and pop hardware store in Wisconsin.
